Dear Bob,

It has now been approximately six months since we started using the Clearoma™ System, and all I can say is "Thank You". The system has really filled a niche in our cleaning products. The cyclone unit has neutralized the odors in some of our most difficult apartments enabling us to rent them out much faster. The cyclone system is also used on a daily basis throughout our hallways, during moveouts, or just to freshen things up.

We like the easy of use of the product and system and the fact that it really does not take a whole lot to do the job well. With 192 units in our complex, and a competitive market we know it is necessary to do everything we can to have an advantage over our competition. We believe the Clearoma™ System helps us keep things ultraclean
therefore helping us keep our vacancy rates low. We know this product helps us present the appropriate image to our tenants and potential tenants.
